However, it is the teachers who, with their knowledge and teachings, build the future of young people; it is they who, through their knowledge, build the future of our society.

Knowing that they are such important actors in our objective of achieving transformation through education, a space for participation and integration was promoted for teachers, addressing different institutional issues.

The main headquarters of the Antonio Ricaurte Educational Institution was the meeting place for 58 teachers, who during 3 weekends, followed the instructions of the municipal directives and worked on the improvement of the educational processes.

How was it carried out?

With the support of different specialists in the educational area, the teachers were trained in different topics such as the importance and organization of the institutional improvement plans and the financial responsibility of the teachers and the institution. They also received training in techniques to rethink some of the contents of the coexistence manual.

At the end of the day, the teachers shared some moments of relaxation and recreation, in which they created bonds of friendship and companionship. These moments are fundamental for the optimal development of the teamwork that accompanies the teaching work of our institutions.
