Why Cinema with Sense?

The objective of Pies Descalzos is to provide stimuli to the students that motivate a better development of the activities, and that of course have an educational meaning for themselves. 

Within the theatrical release of Cine Colombia it is important the experience itself and the artistic context that the film has as a sample of a position either political, literary, aesthetic, or ethical, of the directors of the same. 

Going to the movies means not only exposing the mind and body to a narrative, but also involves fundamental mental processes in children's learning. 

For example, some of the educational processes that take place when going to the movies include taking the elements presented in the film and, based on them, establishing one's own position; concluding ideas that are implicit in the narrative; showing, through a "mirror", common stereotypes or social behaviors that can be improved or changed; and learning from the teachings and mistakes of the characters. 

In the case of this specific donation, it was used as part of the incentives given to the groups that showed more awareness of the need to take care of the educational spaces within the project "My space, a pleasant place".
