Institución Etnoeducativa Técnica Agropecuaria Marco Tulio Montiel Uriana

The construction of the educational center includes classrooms, a dining room, and batteries for 600 students per year, who live in encroachment areas, specifically behind the city's airport.

Near the main road of Uribia, we intervened the headquarters of the Marco Tulio Montiel Agricultural and Livestock Educational Institution, a boarding school that hosts migrant and indigenous population of the Wayúu community. The project was a commitment to the complete remodeling of the educational center and consists of classrooms, dining room, kitchen, technology classroom, toilets, mill, water tank and solar panels.

In the urban area of the municipality of Manaure, we intervened in an educational center with batteries and a dining room to serve 100 children living in the municipality.

We delivered an intervention in Ware Waren, with classrooms, dining room and toilets that impact 100 students per year in the rural area of the municipality. We want to continue promoting quality education with spaces that encourage learning and promote access and permanence in school for children and adolescents.

The construction of the Norberto Iguarán building in Maicao was completed in January 2023 and impacts more than 200 students per year. The new space has restrooms, a multi-purpose room and classrooms to provide a dignified and quality education.

In 2022 we delivered the Kanewuakat educational farm in Manaure, a space that is transforming the education of 200 Wayúu students every year. This Caracas Ruleya ethno-educational center has classrooms, a dining room, kitchen and toilets, and is designed to strengthen cultural identity and improve learning. Inspired by the ancestral origins of La Guajira, Kanewuakat unites tradition and modern education, creating new opportunities for future generations in the savannah of Manaure.
