Patricia Sierra – Executive President
Patricia is our Executive President. She is a psychologist, University professor specializing in social psychology and an expert in child development and design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of social development processes with emphasis on education.
Patricia worked with the Christian Children's Fund, one of the oldest ONG in the world, working in the area of child development. During 11 years, she directed programs aimed at children and young people in Ciudad Bolivar, which is located southeast of Bogotá, and other vulnerable sectors in Colombia. Patricia’s programs are designed to improve the quality of education in Latin America.
Since 2004, Patricia has been the Director of Programs at the Pies Descalzos Foundation, assessing and monitoring the programs implemented by the Foundation.

The Pies Descalzos Foundation administrative team is located in Bogota. Additionally, we have professionals, program coordinators and volunteers in Altos de Cazucá, Quibdó and Barranquilla, where we implement our programs.
