Technological Institute Antonio Ricaurte - INTAR

It is located in the Colombian Pacific region, where the Afro-Colombians, who live with the highest poverty rates in the country prevails. The project was created in response to the lack of education and opportunity in the municipality of Quibdó, which mostly consists of displaced families from the Bojaya tragedy.
The institution has 5 locations, where they have been benefiting children from early childhood to high school and their families. Currently, the School has 15 teachers and the Principal is Lucila Diaz.
We started work in 2004 through several projects and today we benefit 1.106 children, youth and residents of the area.
